The Federation uses your submission to respond to your request, coordinate participation, review endorsement requests, or maintain email signup records. Submissions are stored in WordPress and sent by email to the person handling the Federation’s inquiries. The website and its hosting service may also record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and submission times.
To request a correction, removal of a signup, or information about your submission, contact the Federation. Donations are processed on ActBlue, and the external calendar and original Google forms follow the privacy practices of their respective services.
